Whether you can expunge or non-disclose a case depends on how the case was disposed, not just on the passage of time. If a final conviction was entered, it is just that: final. You can never have that type of case removed from your record (except through pardon from the Governor). Have an attorney review the judgment entered in your case to see what can be done.
