I had a deferred adjudication, 2 years’ probation, 160 hours of community service and 30 days in jail. I wasn’t able to complete the community service because I worked full time but they still let me off probation after my 2 years but they said it wasn’t unsatisfactory. So am I eligible for a nondisclosure?
