My wife recently went to jail for an altercation between us and she left marks on my arm, I dropped the charges. The next day after she posted bail she has huge bruises on her arm, I didn’t cause them but she claims that I need to tell the court or I’m going to jail for her bruises

You are under no obligation to tell the court anything at this point. Your marriage has issues, however, and it is possible your wife may claim you bruised her after she was released from jail in a subsequent altercation. Seek counseling immediately.
