Asked 4/5/2016 – Denison, TX

In 2008 I plead no contest to a class C misdemeanor Assault/Family violence. The justice of the peace found me guilty. It has now been 8yrs with nothing on my record since then,

Answer

If you were found guilty, you can never remove this or any charge from your criminal record, either by expungement or non-disclosure. It is not the passage of time, but how the case was disposed that determines if a case case be removed.
