So i was at academy and i was caught shoplifting and it is under $50.

Answer

If you are under 17, you and a parent will have to appear in open court in front of a Judge to avoid the exact situation you want to perform: Just paying a ticket so Mom & Dad won’t find out, but ending up with a criminal conviction for a crime of moral turpitude on your record for the rest of your life. Talk with a local attorney before you do anything.
