I recently caught three burglary of vehicle case had a previous one 8 yrs ago haven’t been incarcerated in 6 yrs is there a chance I will receive probation

It is possible, but your previous conviction makes it more difficult. You will need to retain a local attorney. You will then have to develop a game plan to show why the Judge should grant probation. I know you don’t want to go to jail, but what criminal defendant does? You will have to explain to the court why this keeps happening, and how probation will help your situation and prevent it from happening again.
