I was driving from Dallas to Austin to catch a flight to Indiana and was ticketed in Red Oak, TX. I called the court today to ask about my alternatives and they said there were none and asked me to pay immediately. I did so without realizing about the points or driving record. Is it possible to contest this case now and reverse the payment?

It will be difficult to set aside the judgment entered in your case, but a motion for new trial should be filed immediately. Contact a local attorney ASAP.
