If my personal recognition bond is revoked can I still cash bond ?

Answer

In most cases, you will be allowed to post a cash bond if your PR bond was forfeited or held insufficient. The only way you would NOT, is if the Judge ordered no bond on your case after the revocation of your previous bond. Ask you attorney about posting the new bond.
