My daughter is 15 she will be 16 in the coming up September. Her boyfriend just turned 19. They’re not having sex.

You can sue anybody for anything you want; your chances of success depend on what you are suing for and the fact situation presented. I am not sure exactly what you would be suing for and what you would be asking the court to do. As a father and grandfather, I’m sure you are concerned about them having inappropriate relations, and if that were true, their age differences would make criminal prosecution a possibility (see Texas Penal Code Article 22.011). If you believe they are having sex, contact law enforcement. If you just don’t like the boy your daughter is dating, you’ll have to get in a long line of parents in your situation.
