Can my fiancé still request a PR bond if he was moved from counties on the 91st day no indictment?

My fiancé was arrested on a warrant for aggravated assault. He has not been indicted and has no court date. But was transferred to a different county on the day after he completed 90 days no indictment. Can he still request a PR bond? If so, who would he request to? The current County or the County the warrant is from? He was in Ector Co., Odessa TX and is now in Lynn Co. Tahoka TX

Your fiancée can make any request he wants, but first, you must find out exactly what he is charged with. He was transferred for a reason. Start talking with attorneys in the county where he is currently being held.
