 Hello my sister is declared an absconder on her parole. We would like to know if it’s possible to get this taken care of without any jail time?

Is it possible? Yes, your sister will have the opportunity at her parole revocation hearing to present evidence and request the parole not be revoked. Is it likely,? My experience is, no. If she ran off the first time she was released, why would the parole board believe she would not run off again.
