He’s been charged since and jailed for molesting minor. He’s a convicted sexual predator, but how would we even go about proving that since we were so young it’s just our word against his. ??

Answer

There is no statute of limitations on sexual assault cases in Texas (see Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 12.01). You may file the report with police in the city where the events occurred. It will be discretionary with the investigator assigned to the case on whether criminal charges will actually be filed or not.
