Got caught with drug paraphernalia and issued a misdemeanor ticket

Answer

It is the final disposition of a case that determines if it can be expunged or non-disclosed, not the plea that was entered. If a final conviction was entered, the only way it can be removed from your record is through pardon from the Governor.
