Asked 4/7/2016 – Waco, TX

Pulled over for speeding in May 2011 going through Calvert and received what I believed to be a warning. Thought nothing of it beyond that. Recently, I received a letter from a law firm soliciting services on behalf of Calvert for an unpaid traffic citation. I haven’t been served anything and had no problem renewing my license last year. Is this legal? What are my options?

There may be or may not be a warrant for your arrest. See if there is a Bar Association in Robertson County; call them or the State Bar and find local attorneys in the area.
