My fiancé has been in Tarrant county jail for 3 months, his court date is soon for his probation revocation, he was on probation for 1-u1g charge took deferred probation, never went to probation git arrested again for the same charge, while on deferred probation, has been indicted, just wondering if the counts as back time to state jail or prison time? Also do you think they would offer him less than a year? Thanks

Your fiancée will get back time credit toward any sentence imposed on his cases. You will have to ask his attorney about the plea bargain offered.
