My spouse has been sentence 3 years for violation of probation, he gain charges in ft bend county which consist of organize crime theft, trespassing, theft. Online it shows that organize crime is suppose to be dismiss, the problem is, when they sentence him in Harris county for the violation, he hasn’t seen the judge in fort bend for those charges, what do we do cause his court day was today!!! Is he eligible to parole on the 3 year sentence for violation probation? Do he serve time then come back to ft. bend?

He has been sentenced to 3 years in prison on the revocation. He also has new cases in Ft. Bend County. Those cases show a court date for April 15.
