I believe my parole officer disclosed that I have hep c . I was detained by parole office after I had told them I would be fired if late , then my officers superviser came in and stated should could not reveal my hep g because of hi[ppa laws. I would like a copy of my parole my record for the last two years since I was released. I asked for the record thesupevisor became angry. do I have a right to my record in texas and how do I obtain it
