About 5 days ago the Dallas sheriff department knocked on my door and when I answered the door he had his Taser ready for use and asked for my fiancé I asked him what’s going on he kept telling me to take a sit like about 4 different times then the next thing I knew he was walking through my house yelling his name using foil Language while my 5 and 8 year old was at the kitchen table

You have a right to privacy in your own home. If law enforcement is to enter your home to conduct a search without your permission, they must have a search warrant or exigent circumstances must exist. The fact that you were not shown a search or arrest warrant, however, does not mean one does not exist. You will have to retain a local attorney to review the case to see what can be done. You also have the right to file a complaint with Sheriff’s Department regarding the conduct of the officers if you feel that they acted inappropriately.
