Not sure of my results and I’d like to get an attorney prior to visiting my PO so don’t I have the right to know my results

You may certainly make the request of you field Probation Officer to view your drug test results, but your PO may refuse. If, however, a motion to revoke your probation is filed and your case returned to court, you and/or your attorney will have the right to all your test results during the discovery process in your probation revocation. If you believe the results are positive and you may be arrested upon your visit, by all means contact an attorney beforehand so preparations can be made regarding the setting and posting of bond to get you out of jail, but your attorney will not need to have the actual drug test results for that to happen.
