I am on felony deferred adjudication probation for gambling I have paid all my fines and all my community service is done I’m six months into a three year probation and I went out of state three times do you think that my probation will be revoked I fell to polygraph test but did not lie this is in the state of Texas

Answer

If leaving the State of Texas is a violation of your probation, and you leave the State of Texas, then yes, you are subject to having your probation revoked. Talk with your probation officer, and get permission to leave the state BEFORE YOU GO.
