Does being filed for truancy violate the deferred adjudication terms?

I have been put on deferred adjudication and was filed for truancy today. will that violate the terms of the “probation”?

Answer

It would be a violation of your probation if you are found guilty of any other offense while on probation. Filing a case against you, however, does not mean you are guilty. Talk with an attorney immediately to discuss your options.
