Does the FBI live scan show offenses from all states or just at the federal level?

Does the FBI live scan include misdemeanors, and arrests in all states? I’m not sure if I should run a state live scan or was the FBI enough?

For what purposes is the investigation being made? What source did you obtain the FBI scan? (that source should inform you what offenses should be listed.)
