Ok my friend and I went to a party and he had my wallet in his pocket so when we there the cops came and we left but when we left we peed on a building So the cops came and I got scared and I ran so a month later the cops come to my school to talk I told them I ran which I should of not they want me to turn myself but there’s no warrant and I don’t think the cops could prove that I peed should I fight the case cause I really plan on joining the military it’s my first offense ever and I’m scared as hell they couldn’t tell that it was me but I told on myself it was stupid
Answer
1) If there is no warrant for your arrest, what are you turning yourself in for? 2) If there are pending criminal charges against you, the military will not let you enlist. All charges must fully be resolved. 3) The urinating in public is not your main concern. Evading arrest or detention is punishable by a fine of up to $4,000, jail time of up to 1 year, or a maximum probationary period for up to 24 months. Contact a local attorney to determine the status of this matter and what can be done.
