Have 5 months left and failed a drug test

Answer

If you abscond, you will virtually guarantee you will be sent to jail when you are eventually arrested. A warrant will remain outstanding for the rest of your life until you are caught, and the Judge may sentence you to the maximum punishment provided by law. Alternatively, what would happen if you continued to report depends on how you performed on the rest of your conditions of probation. If you run, you WILL eventually get caught and your jail sentence will be worse than if you stood up and faced the music, so you really need to think this over.
