Refused the search they did it anyway. Not my car Just borrowed it 10 min before.
Drugs found in the middle of car not on me. I’m scared I will be convicted on this.

You do need to speak with a local attorney. More facts must be discussed (why was the vehicle stopped, the reason for the continued detention, etc.). A “pro bono lawyer” means you are requesting an attorney represent you for free. If you have money to retain an attorney, you can discuss the fee when selecting counsel. Whoever you retain, please note everybody charged with a criminal offense wants their attorney to “win the case”. Attorneys do not make the facts. You will either be found guilty or not guilty, depending on whether the State can prove the allegations against you beyond a reasonable doubt. Start calling around and meet with attorneys as soon as you can.
