If somebody has attempted burglary of habitation third degree felony ( motion off bond) and a POM class A ( No motion off bond) &, evading Arrest Class A ( motion off bond) but the POM does not have motion off bond , can his lawyer still get his personal bond reinstated?

Answer

Reinstatement of a bond is discretionary with the Court. Have the attorney ask; it can’t hurt. The worst that can happen is the Judge will say no and a new bond will have to be posted.
