I was arrested 11/6/00
My first indictment paper was read to me by the county clerk as coercion of aggravated sexual assault of a female child under the age,of 12 yrs of age.
And my indictment said I was the said mother or aunt if said victim.
But my charge was enhanced to aggravated before I ever entered the court and my court appointed attorney at that time didn’t inform me of the enhancements of my charge from coercion to aggravated sexual assault of a female child under the age of 12 yrs of age. The supposed victim was 11yrs old at the time.
Write more after answer, I’m just getting started in discrepancies in my charge that let to my conviction was sentenced to 5 yrs differed on 2/13/01
Violated differed probation by not doing a change of address according to the rules and stipulations of my defered probation.
Here in I was sentenced to 7 yrs tdcj
And my term was from 2003-2009
