I found out my boyfriend had bond, so I talked to this bond lady and she took him out for 1,000$ even tho his bond was 40,000 10% of that was about 4,000. After that he started reporting and making some payments as well. Unfortunately we found out he was having court of a past charge he had been charged with POM I had took him out with bond that day too. Anyways we were scared because I told him if he went to court they’ll probably arrest him due to the fact that he was out on bail again. He just decided to go on the run, so recently on December 28, 2015. The sheriff’s raided my house looking for him. Right now he is locked up, the reason he got the tampering with physical evidence was because he had some Xanax bars and threw them out before the cop layed a hand, on the pills. he also hid the jar of weed he had.
Answer
Tampering with physical evidence is NOT a misdemeanor, not does a murder charge have to be involved for such charges to be filed. Where did you get this belief that these are misdemeanor charges? Since your boyfriend has been in jaul since December, I assume an attorney has been appointed to represent him. Talk with that attorney about the specific charges and the punishment range.
