Me and my wife are accused of snap fraud do we need separate attorney or can we use same one.

Answer

You CAN have the same attorney, but without knowing the exact facts, as a general rule there is a potential conflict of interest and separate attorneys will be needed. One of you needs to retain and attorney IMMEDIATELY before the cases are sent to the Grand Jury to potentially minimize the situation.
