My fiancée is currently in jail & has only seen his counsel one time, 7/20/17 he had pretrial? He has his trail a week from today! We both have been quite!! But this is unfair, heartless!!!

I can understand your frustration over this situation, but I am not sure of your question. Make sure your fiancee knows 1) exactly what he is charged with, 2) the punishment range for the offense he is charged with, 3) the description from the police of how everything occurred (the arrest affidavit), and 4) what the plea bargain is from the DA (if any). Then a decision can be made on whether any plea bargain should be accepted or whether a trial should be held. Good luck
