How do I go about fixing a court date missed while on bond after a warrant is issued for failure to appear?

I’m on bond for attempt to deliver and missed a court date I didn’t know about or even get notice of?? Now warrant has been issued by judge who I have never seen yet. And I still have no set court date? I am not avoiding the court or the bondsman .I just never been in this situation and have no legal counsel!! Please help

Answer

Retain an attorney and also obtain a letter from your bond company that states they are willing to remain on bond for your case. You attorney can then approach the Judge and request the bond forfeiture be set aside.
