Asked 8/10.2016 – Dallas, TX

I am looking for a job but due to a theft charge that I ended up getting time served for is upholding me from doing so, this charge was not a felony and I believe it’s a class b misdemeanor, it’s really annoying and I want it sealed for my benefit.

Answer

If a final conviction was entered on the case, you can never have it sealed. Final convictions are final. The only way to have this matter removed from your criminal record is through pardon from the Governor.
