How do I go about to get them off my name

My sister got some tickets in my name and I been trying everything to get them off my name but they don’t believe me I just want my drivers license

Did she enter pleas of guilty and have final convictions been reported to the DPS? Do you know which courts these citations are from? Is you sister willing to admit she used your name? Your situation is fairly common, but you have to go to each individual court to address the issue. Any local attorney can help you, but more information will be needed to begin.
