About a year ago my kids mother and I broke up due to her finding out I cheated on her with another girl so out of spite she called the cops and made a fake police report which is assault with a deadly weapon, because she told them I choked her till she passed out which was not true the next day she told the detective that she lied and made everything up but the detective still filed the report now I have had a warrant for something I didn’t do the only way for me to get it off my back is if I turn my self in which I am kind of iffy about turning myself in because this isn’t the 1st time I been in this situation before the first time they dropped it because she used a false name when making the report we are working on our relationship now for the better of our kids. She promises to never lie again she also agreed to help me fix this because she understands it’s not that same pain as cheating putting someone in jail for a crime they didn’t commit.

Answer

You cannot get around going through the process. The warrant will remain outstanding until you are arrested. Period. Get a local attorney to see if a bond amount can be set before you turn yourself in. Contact a local bond company and complete their paperwork so you can do a walk through and minimize your stay in jail while the bond is being processed. Then you will have to go to court and make the State prove the allegations against you beyond a reasonable doubt. If you did not do what you are accused of doing, set the case for trial and make the State prove it. Your baby momma can file an affidavit of non-prosecution (only AFTER you have bonded out and the case is filed with the DA), and the DA assigned to the case will either proceed with the case or not.
