My husband has a opened charge of UNL POSS FIREARM BY FELON, the weapon was originally in the trunk of the car when he got arrested, he was let out on bond at the time but later on broke bond , they picked him up an now is in jail for breaking bond an poss. Of a firearm.

Answer

In a video plea, the defendant is placed in a video room at the jail; he is not taken to court. There is a link up with the court where the Judge can see the defendant and vice versa. The paperwork and contents of the plea are the same as if the defendant is physically before the Judge
