Asked 6/24/2016 – Fort Worth, TX

It posted the bond and the lady said that it won’t be until Monday when he get s out today is Thursday and he has been in there since the 31 of May.

Answer

I’m not sure what “bond probation” is, but if a person is to be released from jail, it should not take 4 days. Check with the Sheriff’s office to see if there is some other type of hold on the person in jail, like a warrant for a ticket that was not taken care of. If there are no other holds, contact an attorney to see if there are conditions of bond that must be in place before the release, like an ankle monitor.
