My daughters fathers was charged with injury to a child for abusing out daughter but has not been arrested yet. The papers I got said the DA had filed charges how long til he would be arrested?

He will be arrested when he is contacted by a law enforcement official who can then confirm a valid warrant is outstanding for his arrest. I am confused about the status of the proceedings. Has he ever been arrested and bonded out of jail? Has an indictment been filed? What were these “papers” you received from the DA? You can make a call to the District Attorney’s office to find out the status of the case.
