Theft 50-500 misdemeanor class b. How long does the hearing take. He is requested plea bargain. But they may also give him time severed

Answer

The length of a hearing depends on the type of hearing and the number of witnesses that are called to testify. In an uncounted plea of guilty/no contest in a criminal case, it will require a few minutes to prepare the requisite paperwork, the clerk must file same, the defendant and attorney will appear in front of the Judge, the Judge will ask the defendant a few questions, then sign the papers and the process will be complete.
