Answer

If your friend has his parole revoked, he could be returned to prison for the balance of sentence that was originally imposed. The Failure to ID, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Appear are all misdemeanors which will almost certainly run concurrently with any sentence imposed on the felony. The Possession of Controlled Substance is normally a 3rd degree felony, punishable by a fine of up to $10,000, incarceration from 2 to 10 years in the TDC, or a maximum probationary period of up to 10 years; however, if your friend has prio9r felony conviction(s), the punishment range can be enhanced. Contact a local attorney soon.
