I would have to know what you were charged with, and what was the disposition of the case before it could be determined if you could petition for an expunction, a non-disclosure or neither. If a final conviction was entered on the case you are inquiring about, it stays in your record forever unless you receive a pardon from the Governor. The case had to have been dismissed, either by trial, motion from the District Attorney or through some plea bargain for the case to be eligible for what you are requesting.
