How to get a certified copy of expunction order after records destroyed?

I need a certified copy of an expunction I had one year ago. However, the court will not certify my copy of the expunction due to fear of tampering; additionally, they are unable to make a certified copy of the original because all records of the case have been destroyed. Is there any recourse in this situation?

Contact the attorney who prepared the expunction order and see if he/she has a certified copy.
