My son is currently incarcerated for a total of 200 days for multiple misdemeanors that are running concurrent in Sherman, TX (Grayson County). He also has a misdemeanor in Wichita Falls, TX (Wichita County) that he was on probation for that has been revoked and he would like to request for them to also consider them to be ran concurrent while he is incarcerated in Sherman, TX. Is there a form I can print or should he write a letter? He cannot afford an attorney to write a letter for him.

Your son will have to be transferred to Wichita County for the Court that entered his probation to impose sentence. If Wichita County has issued a warrant for his arrest due to the motion to revoke and a hold has been placed on him, once he has served his sentence in Grayson County, he will be transferred and will be given credit for the time he served in Grayson County towards any sentence imposed in Wichita County. There is no motion, however, that can be filed to avoid the transfer. He must be transferred before he can receive credit for time served.
