So my boyfriend has been in jail for 38 days , and he has already had an Ov ( Official visit) but last week his lawyer said he was going to see him this week cause the Prosecutors have offers for him, but yet still he hasn’t came to see him does that mean he wont be getting out if he hasn’t discussed offers with him yet ? Cause his court date is next week !

The fact your boyfriend’s attorney has not visited him does NOT mean he will be released. It means his lawyer was too busy to go by and see him. He will either be brought to court on his court date, or the case will be rescheduled to a date in the future (very few cases are resolved at the first court setting).
