I have 3 cases that have plea NG and say Dismissed Expunged + 2 NG just say dismissed + 1 no plea Dismissed + 1 Guilty dismissed

Do I have to include these on TX insurance license application? ? It asks about criminal record.

Answer

You only have to list cases that you were convicted on. If the case was dismissed, it is not a conviction. If the case remains pending, it is not a conviction. If you are not sure about what happened on any particular case, call either the attorney who represented you on the case or call the court where the case was filed..
