I have a POM charge and this is my second court date will I be drug tested?

Asked 7/21/17 – Conroe, TX

I went to court for a Pom charge and was drug tested on the first one and wanted to know about the 2nd I smoke to sleep usually but won’t if there’s a huge chance I’ll be tested again
