I live in San Antonio Texas I have a cdl how can I clear my driving record.

Answer

Once a conviction is reported on your driving record, it can never be removed (unless it was mistakenly reported by clerical error). That’s why you have to fight so hard to avoid the conviction. If you have outstanding warrants that have NOT been reported as convictions, a local attorney can help you. Otherwise, final convictions are just that: final.
