I missed one week of labor detail in Tarrant county Texas. Am I going to jail?

I overslept and missed this week as Sunday’s are the last day. Am I going to jail? I am going to call and talk to them about it, hopefully before they report to the court.

Answer

You will go to jail if you are kicked out of the labor detail program. You will be kicked out if the court receives notice you failed to appear as directed. Report for labor detail ASAP before the court is notified to see if labor detail will still accept you.
