If a juvenile is having to a year in “kimbo” but has a baby on the way is it possible for the juvenile to put his time on hold?

Say the juvenile has a baby on the way is it possible he could come back and do his time latter after the baby was born and a year old?

Answer

Is it possible to delay sentencing on any particular case? Yes. For the reason you describe, probably not, but I can’t hurt to ask. The Judge of the court where the juvenile case was filed is the only person who approve your request, so have your attorney see what can be done.
