If I get a personal drug test does the company report results to other than me?

I wanted to get a 10 panel drug test strictly for myself. If for any reason it came back positive would the testing company report results only to me. Did not know if they had any obligation to report to police.

Answer

Under the situation you describe, you would be the only person entitled to know the results of the drug test. No report would be forwarded to the police.
