If the judge deferred my fine will I have to pay that finds in a future date

I got a deferred fine and I want to know if I will have to pay that fine if I follow the rules of the deferment

Answer

If you were granted deferred disposition on a traffic citation and a fee was assessed, you will have to pay that fee as a condition of probation. If the FEE was probated, that generally means you do not have to pay any money if you successfully comply with the terms of probation; this usually does not happen in traffic cases, so ask your attorney or go to the court clerk and determine what your obligations are under the Judge’s order.
